The Payroll Module contains the following functionalities:

  • Manage Bank Details,
  • Employee Relief Setup,
  • Housing Relief Setup,
  • Non- Cash Benefit Setup,
  • NSSF Setup,
  • PAYE Setup,
  • Payroll Period Management,
  • General Payroll Setup,
  • Employees List Management and
  • Payroll Processing Management

The Videos below demonstrate how the Payroll Module works:


Payroll Business Intelligence (BI) gives the users ability to visualize payroll data in any format suitable. This can be accessed using the Dashboard menu and is only available to users who have access to payroll processing module.

The Payroll Processing management module allows user to

  • Manage Employee Data
  • Manage Employee Tax and Insurance (NSSF, NHIF, PAYE).
  • Manage Earnings, Deductions and Non- Cash Benefits
  • Manage Payroll Periods (Open new and Close Processed Payroll Periods)
  • Payroll Processing.
  • Generate P9 and P10 Reports
  • Export CSV P10 to Itax Forms
  • Generate Payslips
  • Generate Master roll


Payslips can be generated for all staff members. Staff members who have access to the system may generate their own Pay slips using the Personal Profile menu.

Users can filter the period in terms of Year and month they wish to view before previewing a payslip. Only Administrators or users with advanced privileges can view all staff members payslips.


Once successful payroll run is done, User can open a new payroll period and close the old one using the Payroll Periods Management module.


Integgro allows users to import data into I tax form as provided by the Revenue Authority.
